You represent that the information provided during registration is accurate and pertains to your own professional identity.
2. Account Security & Fair Access
Every MedNepal account is restricted to a single authorized user. To preserve platform security and the integrity of our analytics, account sharing is strictly prohibited. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Any unauthorized distribution of access or reselling of credentials constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.

All content hosted on the MedNepal platform—including our proprietary question banks, detailed clinical explanations, and progress analytics tools—is the exclusive intellectual property of Khetala Tech.
You are granted a limited, non-commercial, and non-transferable license to access this material for individual study purposes. Unauthorized recording, reproduction, or redistribution of our proprietary content is strictly prohibited and subject to legal enforcement.
4. Subscriptions & Refunds
Premium module access is granted upon verification of payment through our authorized gateway, Khalti. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the MedNepal administration. Please note that activation of digital services typically limits the eligibility for a full refund.
